What does this website collect?
Nothing. There is no contact form on fionasdayspa.com, no account to create, no newsletter box and no checkout. Every page here — the menu and prices, the FAQ page, this policy — was built ahead of time and is served as a finished file, so there is nowhere on it to type your name.
The links that do ask for something are labelled: Book Online and Gift Cards open GlossGenius in a new tab.
Cookies
This site sets none of its own, which is why you have never been shown a cookie banner on it. No advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, no consent tool. The one exception is the Google map described below, and it loads only on the pages that show directions.
Server logs
Our web host keeps the ordinary records any host keeps in order to hand out pages: which file was requested, when, and the IP address and browser that asked. No analytics script sits on top of that, and those records are not tied to a name.

Booking, deposits and gift cards happen on GlossGenius
Anything you type into the booking system is collected by GlossGenius, not by this website. Every Book button opens fionasdayspa.glossgenius.com in a new tab, where your name, phone number, email address, chosen treatment and card details are entered on their platform, under GlossGenius's privacy policy rather than this one.
What reaches us is the part needed to run the appointment: who is booked, for which service, at what time, and how to reach you if the day has to change. Card payments are processed by GlossGenius, and card numbers are not stored on this website.
Deposits and gift cards
A deposit taken when you book a longer treatment is a GlossGenius transaction like any other, applied to your total on the day. Gift cards are sold through the same platform — the purchase, the recipient's email address and the remaining balance all live in their system.

The Google map on our directions pages
The map is an embed served by Google. It appears on our contact page and on the city pages that show where the studio sits, and your browser fetches it from Google directly when one of those loads. Google sees the IP address the request came from and may set its own cookies, the same as if you had opened Google Maps yourself — governed by Google's privacy policy.
The street address and written directions sit above the map on that page, so you can find us without loading it at all.

If you call, text or email us
We keep your message and the number or address it came from, so that we can answer you and manage your appointment. A voicemail about a reschedule, a text saying you are stuck on Highway 10, a question about a treatment — those sit in the phone and the mailbox at (763) 317-6018 and FionasDaySpa@gmail.com, and they are used to reply and to run the booking, and for nothing else.
You are not added to a mailing list because you called — there is no mailing list.

What you tell us at an appointment
Health and skin information stays between you and the person treating you. Before a facial, a peel or a massage we ask about medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent sun exposure, skin conditions and anything going on with your scalp, because those answers decide the products used, the pressure applied and occasionally whether a treatment should go ahead that day.
That intake is kept confidential and used to deliver the service safely and to pick up where we left off next time — a peel strength that suited you in January is worth knowing in March. It is never sold, rented or used to advertise anything to you.

How to see, correct or delete what we hold
Call (763) 317-6018 or email FionasDaySpa@gmail.com and ask. Give us the name and phone number your appointments are booked under, and we will tell you what is on file, fix anything wrong, or delete it.
Your booking and payment history lives inside GlossGenius, so erasing that side of it may have to go through GlossGenius as well — call and we will point you at the right place. Deleting everything also clears your intake notes, which means the next appointment starts the health questionnaire from scratch.
The phone number, the email address, the hours someone is here to answer and the door to walk through are all on the contact and directions page.

Children
No part of this website is directed at children under 13, and it collects nothing from any visitor, which includes them. Our treatments are booked by adults.
If you believe a child has sent us something through the phone number or email address above, call and we will delete it.

When this policy changes
We rewrite the page and move the date on it. This version was last updated on , and the date at the top of this page is the record — there is no mailing list to send a notice to.
Does this website use cookies? +
