How many people can you take at once?
Two guests at a time in the head spa room, with the massage and facial rooms working alongside it. That is the shape a group booking is built on, and it is why a party of four or six runs as a staggered schedule.
Five therapists appear on the booking system. How many of them are rostered on any given Saturday is exactly what a phone call settles, which is also the reason a group is arranged on the phone instead of being assembled out of separate online slots that know nothing about each other.
A group of four, hour by hour
Two of you start in the head spa room on the 60-minute treatment. The other two start with a massage or a facial in their own rooms. After the first round everyone swaps, and the afternoon closes out in two rounds of sixty minutes with nobody sitting in a waiting area at any point.
A group of six
Three rounds through the head spa room, or a mixed version where two guests take the 90-minute head spa and facial and stay put while the rest rotate around them. Six 60-minute head spas come to $780 across the group.
Which of those two shapes fits depends on the date, the start time and who is working. Give the head count and the date on the call and the schedule is built backwards from there.
Why the schedule is staggered
Two scalp tables means a six-person head spa runs as three pairs, and the rotation is what keeps the other four in treatment while it does. Every guest is in a room for the whole afternoon, which is what a group booking is trying to buy in the first place.

What do bachelorette and bridal parties book here?
The 60-minute Korean–Japanese head spa at $130 and the 90-minute head spa and facial at $185 are the two that carry a group, because both finish with hair washed, rinsed under warm water and blow-dried rather than with everybody reaching for a hair tie.
Massage fills the rest of the schedule — relaxation at $95 for 60 minutes or $135 for 90 minutes, hot stone at $110, deep tissue and sports at $110. Facials run from the 25-minute Refresh Express at $60 up to the 60-minute Customized Facial at $135.
Bridal parties
Say the wedding date when you call. A facial booked a month out and a facial booked two days out are planned differently, and the esthetician would rather have that conversation before the day is fixed than on the morning itself. Brow shaping, tinting and a lash lift are all on the same menu and are usually stacked onto the same visit.
Waxing runs $18 to $80, brow tint is $22, brow wax and tint together $36, and a lash lift is $96.
Birthdays and girls' days
A four-person birthday runs cleanly on 60-minute treatments, with the head spa room rotating through pairs. Nobody has to pick the same thing — one head spa, one hot stone, one facial and one deep tissue all finish at the same minute because they are all 60-minute appointments.

How far ahead should a group call?
Four or five days for a Wednesday or Thursday, and as soon as the date is fixed for a Saturday. A group needs more than one therapist free at the same hour and there is one head spa room to schedule everything else around, so it is a longer piece of planning than a single appointment.
One call covers it: head count, date, a time window, roughly what everyone wants, and whether anyone has long or thick hair — that last one changes the length of a head spa booking and therefore the shape of the whole rotation.
Deposits
The longer treatments hold a therapist and a room for an hour or more, so they take a card deposit of $35 to $50 at booking. Each person's treatment carries its own, and all of it comes off the total on the day.
If your numbers change
We value both your time and ours. Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid incurring any charges. Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice are not charged. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.
Tell us as soon as a name drops off. A slot released with notice goes back into the diary; a slot released on the morning is a therapist standing in an empty room.
Gift cards as the way a group splits it
Gift cards are sold in any amount and arrive by email, which is the tidiest way a party pays for somebody else's afternoon. They apply against any treatment on the menu, so nobody has to guess the exact price of what the bride picks.

Which day is best for a group spa day?
Wednesday or Thursday. Every guide to booking a group tells you to aim for Tuesday through Thursday, and the Tuesday part of that does not apply here — Fiona's Day Spa is closed all day Tuesday.
The rest of the week is 10 AM to 6:30 PM on Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, with Sunday running noon to five. A midweek afternoon has the most room in it for a rotation and is the easiest slot to get at four or five days' notice.
Saturday
The day most groups want and the day that fills first. Six people on a Saturday is a booking to place the week the date is agreed, not the week of. If the date is already set and Saturday is the only option, call before you tell the group a time.
Sunday
Noon to five. Five hours takes a group of four through two rounds of 90-minute treatments comfortably; six people on the two-hour package needs a longer day than Sunday has, so that one belongs on a Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday.

What does a group spa day cost per person?
$95 to $250 a head, and nothing is priced differently because you arrived as six. Every guest books off the same menu at the same price a solo appointment pays.
Four people on the 90-minute head spa and facial is $740. Six on the 60-minute head spa is $780. Six on 60-minute relaxation massages is $570. Mixed groups are the norm, so the real total is usually somewhere between those.
Building a group where everyone books something different
Length is the only thing that has to line up. Every 60-minute treatment on the menu ends at the same minute, whichever one each guest picked, so a rotation built out of 60-minute appointments never leaves anyone waiting.
If part of the group wants the longer version, put those guests on the 90-minute or 85-minute combinations and let the 60-minute bookings run twice against them.

All of it goes through (763) 317-6018 — the online form books one person at a time and cannot see a group.
- 1 Fix the date and the head count first Both before anything else, because the schedule is built backwards from them. A firm number of four is easier to place than a soft number of five or six.
- 2 Call and say it is a group Head count, date, a time window and roughly what everyone is after. Say who has long or thick hair — it changes the length of a head spa booking and therefore the rotation.
- 3 Pick each guest's treatment Anyone can book anything on the menu. The easiest rotations are built out of 60-minute appointments, which all finish together no matter which one each person chose.
- 4 The schedule comes back to you Who is in the head spa room first, who starts with a massage or a facial, and when the swap happens. Send it to the group before you take deposits.
- 5 Deposits hold it $35 to $50 per treatment on the longer bookings, taken by card and applied to each person's total on the day.
