Which one should I book?
Almost everyone is choosing between an hour and an hour and a half. The extra thirty minutes buys a second treatment, not a longer version of the first one.

- Deep Tissue Massage For a knot you can point to. The therapist spends the hour on it. $110 60 min

- Relaxation Massage Long, even pressure, start to finish. The switch-off booking. $95 60 min
Ninety minutes

Advanced fractional CO₂ laser for fine lines, acne scars, uneven texture, enlarged-looking pores, sun damage and firmness — by prompting the skin's own renewal and collagen response.
What to expect: Involves downtime. Redness, swelling, sensitivity, peeling or crusting may occur while it heals, and results develop gradually over the following weeks and months.
Explore → Consultation requiredIPL Skin Rejuvenation
Intense pulsed light for certain sun spots, brown pigmentation, facial redness, visible small vessels and uneven tone — for a clearer, more even-looking complexion.
What to expect: Temporary redness or mild swelling may occur, and treated brown spots may darken before they fade or flake. A series of treatments may be recommended.
Explore →CO₂ and IPL are by consultation only — no price is published and neither is booked online. IPL is not appropriate for every skin type or pigmentation concern, and individual results and downtime vary. Call (763) 317-6018 to arrange a consultation.
Fiona is amazing. I had a custom facial and shoulder/neck massage. She really took the time to examine my skin so she could treat it appropriately. The atmosphere was relaxing and soothing. Fiona took very good care of me. She was easy to schedule online with, she was on time and was very very pleasant. Also, I was able to purchase product from her so I'm able to take care of my skin in between sessions. Highly recommend.
I booked a relaxation massage and really needed it. Everything was perfect from the music to the room to the wonderful massage. The pressure was perfect and honestly, it was heavenly. I didn't want it to end. I have been looking for a massage therapist that I want to return to and Fiona is the one! I would highly recommend.
It was the best 60-minute massage I've ever had, plus she gave me valuable advice on my cervical radiculopathy. She's pretty knowledgeable and kind. I'll be coming back for sure

— Our story
Thirteen years in Korea.
Fiona was born in China, moved to South Korea at twenty and stayed for about thirteen years. She arrived in Minnesota in 2016 speaking no English, and chose massage therapy because it was a way to work with people without words. She trained at Northwestern Health Sciences University, took her advanced esthetics at Saint Paul College, and is licensed as both a massage therapist and an esthetician.
She still goes back to Korea every year for continuing education. That is the short answer to why the head spa here is a Korean head spa — and why the menu keeps growing into advanced skin care.
— Why Fiona's
A day spa in Coon Rapids that does the whole thing.
Korean-inspired expertise
Fiona spent about thirteen years in South Korea and still returns every year for continuing education. That training is what the Korean and Japanese head spa here is built on — scalp analysis, staged deep cleansing, a long scalp massage and a finish with serums and a blow-dry, 60 min for $130.
More ways to relax together
Two head spa tables sit in one joinable room, so couples, friends and small groups can have their treatments side by side. A full-height privacy curtain divides the room when two guests would rather have their own hour.
Head-to-toe care in one studio
Head spa, massage, customized facials and advanced skin care share one address on Northdale Boulevard, so a ninety-minute or two-hour combination happens without moving rooms.
What is a Korean head spa? +
A Korean head spa is a treatment for the scalp — the skin your hair grows out of. A session moves through deep cleansing to lift oil and product buildup, exfoliation to clear the skin around the follicles, a long scalp massage, and a finish with serums, masks or oils. The style originated in Japan and was refined in Korea, and the two traditions are close enough that most studios — including this one — draw on both.
How much does a head spa cost in Coon Rapids? +
$130 for the 60 min Korean–Japanese Head Spa, and $152 if your hair is longer or thicker — that second price is not a surcharge for being difficult, it is a longer appointment. Combinations start at $185. A $30 deposit holds the booking and comes off the final bill.
Can two people have a head spa at the same time? +
Yes. Both head spa tables sit in one joinable room, so couples, friends and small groups book together. A full-height privacy curtain divides the room when two guests would rather not share the space, so the same room works either way.
What are your hours? +
Mon, Wed–Sat 10 AM–6:30 PM · Sun 12–5 PM · Closed Tuesday. The Tuesday closure is the one people get caught by, so it is worth repeating: the studio is closed all day Tuesday.
Where are you? +
3183 Northdale Blvd NW, Suite B, Coon Rapids, MN 55433 — the suite number is painted on the door as 3183B. There is free parking directly in front.
What kinds of massage do you offer? +
Four: relaxation (60 or 90 minutes), deep tissue (60), hot stone (60 or 90) and sports (60). Prices run from $95 to $150, and a licensed massage therapist performs all of them.
Which facial should I book first? +
The Customized Facial, 60 min for $135. Your skin is looked at first and the treatment is built from there, which is more useful than picking a name off a list before anyone has seen your skin. If you only have half an hour, the Refresh Express Facial is $60.
Do I need an appointment? +
Yes — this is an appointment-based studio. Book online any time, or text (763) 317-6018; the team may be with guests, so texting usually gets an answer faster than calling. Same-day slots do come up, but the head spa room is the one that fills first, so a few days' notice helps.
